A second opinion on a case you already have

What this actually is

Not every client needs a new lawyer. Sometimes they need a clearer strategy for the one they already have. If your matter is being handled by another advocate, new or long-pending, I will review the facts, the current approach and the path forward, and give you an independent view. You do not have to change counsel to get it.

What happens

You book a consultation and say it is a second opinion.

You send the papers by email, or bring them to the chamber. If you would rather not email them, say so and we arrange another way.

We speak for one session.

You get a written note of what I would do differently, and why, after we speak.

What to send

The petition or application. Any orders passed so far. The most recent correspondence from your current advocate. A short note on what you want to happen.
