Divorce, a bitter fight?

Is Divorce always a bitter fight?

No, it’s a choice.

You can choose to keep litigating in courts till cows come home, year on year.

It does not even impact the lawyer because it is their workplace and they go to court every day for one case or the other. You are a case, whatever the life span of your case.

Astonishingly, many litigants have actually gone ahead to study law while pursuing their own cases and are now practicing lawyers themselves. But you need to exercise wisdom and buy all hatchet with your spouse to end the case. The best way is to act sensibly and end the bitterness with negotiations across the table and end it mutually respectfully. But end of the day, you need to choose, to fight bitterly or end amicably.
